DOCK SUKKAH
ADAMAH FARM, 2025

My goal for this project was to build a small sukkah (a temporary structures for Sukkot, the Jewish harvest festival) on the floating dock in the lake at the farm I worked at in fall 2025.

I came up with the idea and sketched out a few simple plans for my build, and then worked with a friend, Alana, to put together the physical structure. This was a nice combination of a few hobbies of mine — amateur woodworking, creative material re-use, lighthearted interpretations of jewish law, and most importantly, hanging out in lakes!
